I’ve been somewhat remiss about updating here, as there have been a lot of developments with respect to field work, greenhouse experiments, and the oncoming comprehensive exams. But before I spend space on that, since the Botany meetings are going on (and I am sadly not going to be at them), some good/related news: I was awarded a BSA GRSA! (This actually happened a few months ago, which just goes to show how slow I’ve been). I’m honored to be a part of this elite group of young scientists, and excited to see some names I recognize from the interview process. I’m also happy just to have some funding to start getting my research off the ground.
Hopefully soon you’ll be able to find my research on the BSA student profiles page!
